Since 1997, Island Eye Institute has been committed to your family’s eye healthcare needs. This tradition of excellence began with Dr. James V. McDarby, FACS and Dr. Anthony J. Smith, III.

The Doctors founded Island Eye Institute in an effort to bring much needed eye healthcare to Guam. From the beginning, Island Eye has recognized the value in incorporating state of the art technology, personalized care, and a commitment to excellence. Drs. Robert Jack, G. Paul Burton, Charles W. Flowers, Eyal Margalit, and Luke Moore continue the Island Eye tradition today.

Here at Island Eye Institute, we focus on the prevention, management and treatment of the diseases of the eye and visual system. After all, our eyes are one of the most precious gifts…they are portals that help us navigate our world.
